4th Quarter Winner of the Quarterly Safety Initiative

Nilo Corporation of Albany has been chosen as the Fourth Quarter Winner of the AgriTrust of Georgia Quarterly Safety Initiative.  An 11,000 acre plantation, Nilo has been in the Olin family since 1955.  It is a privately owned quail hunting plantation and farm operation.  The plantation also produces pecans, peanuts, corn and timber and is home to a large population of native quail. Mr. Glenn Paschal, pictured below, started at Nilo in 1980 and has been the manager there for 30 years.
 
AgriTrust of Georgia has presented Nilo Corporation with a check for $2000.00 for the safety training session, “Common Sense and Accidents”, held during the fourth quarter of 2014.
 
AgriTrust of Georgia is a group self-insured workers’ compensation fund that provides workers’ compensation insurance coverage for the agricultural industry in the state of Georgia.
